* Cajun Remoulade Sauce - Combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 sliced green onion, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley and 3/4 to 1 teaspoon Cajun or Creole seasoning. Spread on sandwich or serve on the side over shredded iceberg lettuce. ** Marinated Slaw with Vegetables - Combine house marinated slaw with diced carrots, red onion and zucchini. Add red pepper cut in julienne strips and chopped parsley. To Plate: Place bread on plate; spread cut sides with Cajun Remoulade sauce. Top with Salmon fillet.
