Defrost Flounder Fillets overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place fillets on a sheet pan and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover with foil and place in oven for 6-8 minutes. Prepare the pasta to the instructions on the box. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add garlic and onion and simmer for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Add sour cream and vinegar; simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Strain pasta and add to the garlic/onion mixture. Add the juice from the fish. Serve fish over pasta with fresh bread. For more flavor, add 1 tsp. dry chicken stock to the garlic/onion mixture before adding the pasta. Ref: 000001/000015
