  Lemon, juiced     1 pc
  Salt     1 ud
  Pepper     1 ud
  Butter     2 oz
  Medium Onion, Finely Chopped     .5 pc
  Tomato Paste     .5 cp
  Ketchup     .5 cp
  Cream     1 cp
  Cube Chicken Stock     .5 cp
  Vinegar     1 tb
  Cornstarch     1 tb
  Apple Juice     2 tb

Instructions

Defrost Flounder Fillets overnight.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place Flounder Fillets on a sheet pan and sprinkle with lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake for 6-8 minutes. Heat oil or butter in a saucepan and saute onions for 3-4 minutes but not brown. Add the remaining ingredients and boil slowly for 6-10 minutes. Add the fish juice from the sheet pan. Spice to taste and thicken, if needed.

Serve with fresh green beans.
