1. Preheat oven to 400º F 2. Heat Mexican Style Beef Crumbles and 3 tbsp of water over medium heat in a skillet for 6-8 minutes, stir occasionally 3. Spread half of the tortilla chips in a 9 x 13" pan or similar oven-proof platter 4. Sprinkle evenly with half of Mexican Style Beef Crumbles and half of shredded cheddar cheese 5. Repeat with remaining chips, meat, cheese and jalapenos (optional) 6. Bake until cheese is melted, 5-7 minutes. 7. Remove nachos from oven; sprinkle with tomato, green onions, and olives (drained). 8. Top with sour cream and garnish with sliced green onions. 9. Serve immediately, passing salsa and guacamole separately. Try this for variety: Substitute blue tortilla chips for 4 oz of regular tortilla chips.
