| DIRECTIONS |
Preheat conventional oven to 425'F.
Sprinkle Salmon with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Cook with char-marks up on a flat baking sheet at 425'F for about 15 to 18 minutes.
In a skillet, bring cream and fish stock to a boil. When Salmon is cooked, add the fish stock from the sheet pan through a strainer and bring to a boil again. Using cornstarch, thicken sauce as desired.
Add shrimp to sauce and remove from heat. Pour sauce over the Salmon. Serve with fresh, cooked vegetables. |
