DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350'F.
Brush frozen Tilapia fillet with olive oil; sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 14 to 18 minutes.
Combine roasted tomatoes, basil and olive oil; set aside.
Saute garlic in a small amount of olive oil until fragrant; add green onion and saute several minutes. Add lemon zest and parsley; set aside.
To plate fish, place roasted tomatoes in center; place Tilapia on top. Spoon garlic mixture across middle of fishl top with 2 shrimp, curled together. Sprinkle with additional chopped parsley and fresh ground pepper.
