Pan Fried Cod with Almonds
White and flaky Cod, lightly battered, covered with the subtle taste of almonds then pan fried.

INGREDIENTS

  Lemon, juiced 1 pc    
  Salt 1 ud    
  Pepper 1 ud    
  Flour, for dusting 1 ud    
  Almonds, sliced 12 oz    
  Flour 1.5 cp    
  Egg 1 pc    
  Beer 1 ud    



DIRECTIONS
Thaw Cod Tails overnight.

Mix flour, egg and beer until a little thinner than pancake batter; season with salt and pepper. Set aside for 1-2 hours.

Sprinkle Cod Tails with lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Dust with flour then dip in batter. Coat with almond slices and panfry until golden, 2-3 minutes per side. Decrease heat and add a little butter to the pan, melt and serve with fish.
