DIRECTIONS
Thaw Cod Tails overnight.
Mix flour, egg and beer until a little thinner than pancake batter; season with salt and pepper. Set aside for 1-2 hours.
Sprinkle Cod Tails with lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Dust with flour then dip in batter. Coat with almond slices and panfry until golden, 2-3 minutes per side. Decrease heat and add a little butter to the pan, melt and serve with fish.
